At CPW Studio Co, the majority of products and services we provide are custom-made, personalized, engraved, printed, designed, or created specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders

CPW Studio Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Custom engraved products
  • Personalized items
  • Custom 3D prints
  • Laser engraved items
  • Website design services
  • Tech support services
  • Wedding/notary services
  • Digital design work
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Any product approved by the customer prior to production

Proof Approval Policy

Before production begins, CPW Studio Co may provide proofs, mockups, design previews, layout approvals, renderings, or written order confirmations.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all details before production, including spelling, names, dates, fonts, colors, sizing, placement, uploaded artwork, design layout, and material selections.

Once the customer approves the proof or confirms the order, the order is considered approved for production.

An order that matches the customer-approved proof, design, or specifications is NOT considered incorrect and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or return.

What Qualifies as a Damaged Order

A damaged order is limited to physical damage caused during shipping, broken items caused during transit, cracked products, or major shipping-related defects that occurred after leaving CPW Studio Co.

Customers must contact CPW Studio Co within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the shipping box, photos of the damaged item, order number, and description of the issue.

What Qualifies as an Incorrect Order

An incorrect order ONLY means the customer received a completely different item than what was ordered, the wrong product was shipped, or the wrong customer’s order was received.

Examples of what is NOT considered incorrect include customer-approved spelling errors, customer-approved designs, approved placement/layout choices, color variations due to material differences, minor variations in handmade/custom products, differences that match the approved proof, and customer changing their mind after approval.

Resolution of Verified Issues

If CPW Studio Co determines that the wrong order was shipped or the item was damaged during shipping, CPW Studio Co may, at our discretion, replace the item, repair the item, offer store credit, or provide another reasonable resolution.

Service Deposits

Deposits and scheduling fees for website design, tech support, wedding services, notary services, and consultations may be non-refundable once scheduling or work has begun.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Submitting a chargeback for a customer-approved custom order that matches the approved proof may be considered fraudulent activity.

CPW Studio Co reserves the right to provide approved proofs, communication records, invoices, customer approvals, tracking information, and production records to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Custom orders may not be cancellable once design work, scheduling, production, material ordering, or proof approval has begun.

What happens after I approve my proof?

Approval authorizes CPW Studio Co to proceed with production based on the approved proof or written specifications.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Contact CPW Studio Co within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package, damaged item, order number, and a description of the issue.

Can I upload my own files?

Yes. Customers may upload project files, but they must own or have permission to use all submitted content.

Do you keep my uploaded files private?
