Protect your notes
Export a Jot & Pin backup when possible before troubleshooting. Do not email private note content, Sticky Notes databases, ChatGPT exports, Samsung Notes files, passwords, certificate files, private keys, or other sensitive material unless support first explains why it is needed and provides a secure transfer method.
Emergency, legal, medical, financial, and safety-critical support is not provided.
