CPW Studio Co Shipping Policy

CPW Studio Co offers shipping and local pickup for eligible products and orders. Shipping generally applies to 3D printing orders, laser engraving orders, and store orders when shipping is selected.

Production Times

Most CPW Studio Co products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, printed, stocked, or made to order. Production times vary based on product type, customization level, order volume, material availability, customer approval timing, deposit or payment timing, scheduling, and workload. Estimated production times may be provided when possible but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing by CPW Studio Co.

Approval And Payment Before Production

Custom orders may require quote approval, proof approval, digital signature approval, and a required deposit before production begins. Production may not begin until all required approvals and payments have been completed.

Shipping Timeframes

Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, shipping method, destination, and carrier conditions. CPW Studio Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or delivery exceptions outside CPW Studio Co’s control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may be calculated automatically or manually set by CPW Studio Co based on the item, order size, shipping method, packaging needs, destination, or other order details.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when shipping is selected. A shipping address may be required for 3D printing orders, laser engraving orders, and store orders that need to be shipped. If an incorrect address is submitted, additional shipping charges may apply, delays may occur, replacement shipping may be required, and CPW Studio Co may not be responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers may receive tracking information through the customer portal, email notice, order update, or another communication method used by CPW Studio Co.

Lost Or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier first and then contact CPW Studio Co with the order information. For damaged packages, customers must contact CPW Studio Co within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the shipping box, photos of the damaged item, the order number or project number, and a description of the issue.

Local Pickup

Certain orders may qualify for local pickup if arranged in advance. Pickup orders require an appointment time. Customers should wait for confirmation from CPW Studio Co before arriving for pickup.

Signature Confirmation

CPW Studio Co may require signature confirmation for higher-value orders, custom orders, replacement shipments, or any order where signature confirmation is appropriate.

Digital Products And Services

Some services or deliverables, including website services, writing services, design files, documents, receipts, signed PDFs, and final digital files, may be delivered through the customer portal, email notice, or another approved digital method instead of physical shipping.
