Refund Policy
Effective September 3, 2026
This policy applies to paid Sweet Notes subscriptions purchased directly from CPW Creations.
Direct purchases
New eligible customers receive a 14-day free trial and can cancel before it ends to avoid the first recurring charge. If you buy Sweet Notes directly from CPW Creations, you may request a refund within 14 days of the first paid charge by emailing support@cpwcreations.com from the account email. Include the purchase date and receipt or transaction identifier. We may decline requests involving abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription before renewal to stop future charges. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, a cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. If an accidental renewal occurs, contact us within 14 days and we will review it promptly. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank-payment refunds generally take longer than card refunds.
App-store purchases
Purchases processed by Google Play or another marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s refund and billing process. We will help identify the correct path, but we cannot directly reverse a transaction controlled by the marketplace.
Service problems
Please contact support first if a paid feature is unavailable or materially fails to work as described. We may offer troubleshooting, a service credit, an extension, or a refund as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
