Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sweet Notes, provided by CPW Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
What Sweet Notes does
Sweet Notes helps you write, rotate, schedule, and track person-to-person messages. The website coordinates schedules with a paired Android device. In automatic mode, the Android app submits texts through your mobile carrier without a final on-device review. Attachments may be delivered as signed web links.
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for your account, paired phone, recipients, content, schedule times, mobile plan, carrier fees, and any consent required to message someone.
- You must promptly pause or delete schedules when a recipient asks not to receive messages.
- You may not use Sweet Notes for spam, bulk solicitation, purchased lists, fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, illegal content, emergency alerts, or activity that infringes another person’s rights.
- You may not bypass security, probe another customer’s account, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it.
Automated delivery limitations
Mobile operating systems, carriers, network conditions, battery controls, phone shutdowns, permission changes, and recipient-device settings can delay or prevent delivery. Duplicate protection is designed to stop an uncertain delivery rather than risk sending twice, so a message may require attention instead of being retried. Sweet Notes is not an emergency, medical, safety, or guaranteed-delivery service. Verify time-sensitive messages through another method.
Your content and recipients
You keep ownership of content you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to provide recipient data and content.
Accounts and security
Use accurate information, protect your password, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may limit or suspend access to protect customers, recipients, or the Service. You can revoke paired phones, export account data, and delete your account from Settings.
Paid plans, cancellation, and refunds
Sweet Notes currently offers a monthly subscription at US $9.99 per month and a yearly subscription at US $99 per year. New eligible customers receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is collected at checkout, but the first recurring charge is scheduled for the end of the trial. The plan then renews automatically at the same interval and displayed price until cancelled. Taxes, if applicable, are added at checkout.
You can use Plans & billing to update a payment method, view invoices, change plans, or cancel future renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise; it does not erase your account or automatically refund an earlier charge. Bank payments may take several business days to process. Failed payments may result in a short grace period followed by restricted sending access. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy; purchases made through an app store may also be governed by that store’s billing rules.
Service changes and termination
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice before a material discontinuation. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, create security risk, or cause harm.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not control mobile carriers or guarantee that a recipient will receive, view, or respond to a message.
To the extent permitted by law, CPW Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the preceding 12 months or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing terms and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without taking away any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Any dispute must be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction over both the dispute and the parties. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
