Message did not send
Open the Android app, tap Sync, and review Reliability check. Confirm SMS permission, precise alarms, network access, and Unrestricted battery use.
Needs attention
Sweet Notes stops uncertain handoffs instead of retrying and risking a duplicate. Check whether the recipient received it, then resolve the item from History.
Schedule is missing
Open Settings. The reliability check rebuilds a missing queue item from its active schedule without creating duplicates.
Quiet hours
A note due during quiet hours waits until the quiet period ends. Your account time zone controls the window and daylight-saving changes.
Plans and payments
Open Plans & billing to update a card or bank account, view invoices, change plans, or cancel future renewal. Never send support a complete card or bank-account number.

Expected response
We aim to acknowledge support email within two business days. Carrier outages, marketplace reviews, or issues that require a new Android release may take longer. Sweet Notes is not monitored for emergencies.
