Proof Approval Authorization
When CPW Studio Co provides a proof, mockup, layout, design preview, rendering, written confirmation, or other approval request, customer approval authorizes CPW Studio Co to proceed with production, design work, ordering, scheduling, or service delivery as applicable.
Customer Review Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval, including spelling, names, dates, punctuation, fonts, colors, sizing, placement, layout, material selections, uploaded artwork, quantities, addresses, and project specifications.
Approved Proofs
Once a proof or order detail is approved, the approved proof becomes the production reference. If the finished product matches the approved proof, design, or written specifications, the order is not considered incorrect.
Revision Requests
Revision requests should be submitted before approval. Additional revisions, major layout changes, new artwork, rush revisions, or changes after approval may require additional fees or may not be possible once production has started.
Production Responsibility
Customer approval confirms that the customer accepts the approved design, wording, placement, sizing, materials, colors, and project specifications for production.
Color, Material & Display Variations
Colors may appear different across screens, devices, lighting conditions, materials, coatings, engraving surfaces, filament types, resin types, and production methods. Minor variations are normal in custom and handmade production.
Approval Records
CPW Studio Co may retain proof approvals, messages, timestamps, typed signatures, uploaded files, invoices, and production notes as order records.
