Customer Ownership Confirmation
By uploading files, images, logos, designs, documents, artwork, photos, screenshots, SVG files, STL files, PDFs, or other content to CPW Studio Co, you confirm that you own the content or have legal permission to use it for the requested project.
Permission to Use Uploaded Content
You grant CPW Studio Co permission to use uploaded content as needed to review, quote, design, produce, revise, communicate about, fulfill, and document your requested order or service.
Prohibited Uploads
Customers may not upload content that is unlawful, stolen, infringing, threatening, hateful, abusive, obscene, unsafe, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
Copyright & Trademark Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming they have permission to use copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, branded, or third-party content. CPW Studio Co is not responsible for customer-submitted content that violates another party’s rights.
File Quality & Accuracy
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, usable, correctly sized, and production-ready files when applicable. Poor-quality files may affect production results, quotes, or timelines.
File Retention
CPW Studio Co may retain uploaded files for order history, customer support, revisions, proof records, production records, dispute documentation, and future reorders. File retention periods may vary.
Refusal of Uploaded Content
CPW Studio Co reserves the right to refuse, remove, or decline uploaded content or project requests that violate this policy or fall outside business capabilities.
